viewsat still not working

i have doenloaded and transfered the v072 pgm file yesterday i have a signal strenght of 70 % today i have no signal strenght or channels did a scan but still nothing cause i have no strenght
i put my digi back with the same cable and it works great on both 110 n 119 so i don't think its my antenna or switch i just do get why it will not work with my viewsat please can someone help

post your entire antenna configuration menu setup and what type of LNB's you use. There's no way anyone can help you without knowing that information.

Switch type etc. Info...... Probably something in the fta's setup menu not being entered correctly but need info to solve it.

I bet you have your sat setup wrong in your menu..

Just because you have signal strength dont mean shit. You also have to see it say 110 on 1 and 119 on 2 or vise versa. Not just the 70.. You also need to know which dish head you are using and etc,etc,etc..
