Hi all and thanks in advance for responding...
I just started playing with romcode pb this weekend and have it functioning (to a degree) on a 510. I have updated romcode software to ver 4.06f dtd 5/11/06 without any difficulty.
everything seems to work ok, however, i have only a few adult & ppv movies channels (495,496,497, 502,505,511,519). is this correct? It would make sense if they are trying to keep their ppv strings tight, but i have become spoiled and like having everything from 492-498 and 502-535ish.
in the DishTiers.txt file it alluded to being able to modify the ppv event through the TierEditor by entering 0 for both hi&lo id's and this would trigger the code to use the strings provided in the DishTiers.txt file. but when i looked in the TierEditor there was no option or place for entering the hi/lo id's. Then again i may have misunderstood the entire thing.
at any rate, if someone could perhaps hold my hand and tell/show me how to manually edit tiers that would be great; or even better how to properly run the tier editor. That would be greatly appreciated.
