lnb type?

good day i have a 33" dish with a universal lnb . I am not able to pickup amc4 or telstar 5. Would a standard linear lnb do the job. Salutations and many thanks

Welcome. You need to check what your gear can do. A good start is satcodx.com for looking up the sats freqs etc. Your talking about some old school stuff unless your under gods spotlight I don't think a 33" dish is gonna get much of the old stuff.
