how to add locals on a 102

I want Kansas City locals on my 102 how and what program to use to get them......two-dogs

Dt Tiers, 26.7 I believe is the latest, it works fine, even remaps the locals.

Thanks skinerd I got it to work. Sorry it took me so long but I had to take care of some family business. I have one more ? I have the old Panga box keys an ird #s on my 508 and my 6000 and it is working on a rom 10 and I want to go to a rom 102 do I have to reflash my rec. or can I just program the card to except the old boxkeys and ird if so could you walk me through it.....two-dogs

You need to find a 102 3m with public numbers.
