:( I am using latest 2.06 software with autoroll enabled. It programs completely. However, I keep getting Error 019 message when I insert the card. I've tried every method of insertion - unplugged, plugged, etc. and holding the end connection, inserting a business card - no go. I've been looking at a lot of the posts, should I disable autoroll??? If so, why? What does that do? I'm really new at this! Thanks for any assistance any one can give!
Yes disable it for now and reprogram it twice in a row.
what it does is something we dont really know except it is something in the program

fubr: Thanks bunches! I disabled it, programmed it and got a different message - receiver not authorized - so I took it and reprogrammed it twice with it enabled and popped it in and it worked! :)
cool. not authorized 005 nag means need new keys, yours must have rolled? or you put in new ones.
Who cares now IT WORKS :)

I had the same problem and I've done a lot of research and used all the methods mentioned by others trying to solve this problem but just couldn't get rid of it. I have 3100 and Atmega, do I have something like "autoroll"? If so how do I trun it off? Sorry I'm a Newbie but trying my best to learn. Please help, thanks.
