Equipment selection help needed.

I want to purchase Mili's 6 month subscription so I can receive the HDTV channels. I want to also use a DVR receiver. Can someone tell me what equipment I need to buy? I only want to do this once. I see Mili sells a dish and lnb setup for hdtv. I would like to know:

which receiver to buy
what card to buy
what switches/hardware upgrades the receiver needs to receive hdtv
what inline switches the lnb needs

I have been searching for nearly an hour now and can't find the comprehensive information that I need. Can someone please help me?

If you only want subscription and stay legit, then you are ok, you will get HDTV and the regular packages, no problem. But you won't get the Pay channels, that's all.

Buy the 6000 or the 811 if you want some HDTV (only the old channels). Then there is the new 211 which is mpeg4 capable. The receivers usually come with a built-in or removable card, you do not need to purchase one separately. The switches you need will depend on the receiver and dish(es) you use. The people you buy your equipment from should be able to outfit you with the proper stuff.
