Subbed Dish card

I have a subbed dish card and was wondering what I should do to make the card fully open. I know I should first save the image of the card, but after that I am unsure what I need to do. I am using a dish 501 and the card is rom102 rev103 any help would be appreciated.

have you glitched the intercept on it yet? if not that is step one

it's subed and still at rev103?? i thought all card in stream that are not blocked went to ether rev106 or rev107?? if this is true then it like dish is asking to be hacked.rev103's pop soooooooo easy
