first, be sure you are using jkeys 2.9.9b . After you start jkeys, do not hit detect, but scroll down in the ird model window until you come to 301 single flash, select it, and it should recognize ird.

I used that method and version of JKEYS on four 301.013 and all of them were right on!

I have the same trouble with two 013 single ship. For some reason, probably some error when jtaging, the version of jkeys that i've been using regularly for these IRDs (jKeys_dp301-013c) won't recognize the flash. The Flash Info fields that should show the Part type, Manufacturer, and Mfg/Device won't come up. There is no solution for this issue as per Gunther’s guide. Does anybody know of any other way out of this.

I tried several .def files with no luck, including the one for Mfg FFFF, and the one for AMD chip. With these options jkeys enable the operation on the chip, but the Read gave a reading with a bad check sum in Flashedit, the Erase do the operation to fast without actually erasing the flash, and Program (after for some reason overlook that the flash is not empty) is giving me an error at the starting address.

Try wall?

Unless you have a special version of Wall, it's no good for the .13, only the .10. With the Mfg. FFFF version of jkeys, quickly go through detecting the tsop. In the second screen manually tell jkeys which IRD your working with (301.13 FFFF) by using the drop down menu. It should then let you do a proper erase. DO NOT UNPLUG RECEIVER ONCE ERASED! Erase a few times and write a new image. Forgot to mention to make sure you have your vid mod on or none of this will work.

You are right, JT: my bad!

How about CyberDBS Nagra2 tools? I know that it works with the 301.013.

Still no luck. Same behavior that mentioned before. What would happen if the receiver gets no power after an erasing of the flash? Any other sugestion? Thanks for your replies.
