Private blocker sub with unlooper for 311

Has anyone got any experience using a white unlooper for a 311? For some reason, the iso programmer is having trouble reading the code off the embedded card. Yet it is able to read it with the unlooper. I'm stumped now since none of the directions addredd using an unlooper for the programming.
