Here is a patch that I compile to be use with MbatesV3 autoroll (14 tiers) just change your local and remap, it has international channels too.:)

I cannot get this tier to work for international pak, everthing else is working fine, I changed the local tier that does not work or change

I think something is up with internation channels greek to some .indian they went black
