Can a looped Rom 102 card be used to sub with Dish?

Or will they send a new card?

you cannot sub with a looped card. don't even tell them it's looped. they will ask a lot of questions

I wasn't going to tell them it was looped or anything about it other than it came with the receiver.

I was wondering if it was like DTV and that they would send me a new card.
