Cant get N2Edit to run

Whenever i try to run N2edit i am getting errors and it wont load the program. Am i missing some files? Please Help Me

If i am not mistaken, i think you need the .net installed on your machine.
Can someone verify this.

yes you need microsoft .net framework 1.1 or 2.0, i am running it on 2.0
