Ref: no dish or bell PPV. I have this idea and like comments if it could be valid.
Is it possible that Bell and Dish downloaded new software into the recievers that have subscription service. And that this software requires the reciever to go to the "confirm purchase of PPV" menue in order to get the correct keys for viewing the PPV.
I am new at this and it is just a thought
