i have two ex sub 311 will the pic work for these instead of me having to buy rom 102s and new irds

The whole idea behind the pic is to use on any cardless receiver.. So you can read the onboard chip..

I dont use a pic. I have wired directly from my glitcher and loader to the board.. Some say the pic affects glitching.. (resistance)

Anyways, you connect 5 wires to the board.. I/O, Reset, Clock, Ground, and VCC.
Depending on the receiver, they are in different locations loaded down by resistors that need to be cut or lifted from the bottom or top of the board. And the directions are not that good. I have ruined a few myself.

Now, you are asking of the dual tuners irds.. Whole different ballgame. The problem is the 103 is not that well known.. Kind of like a 102 on steroids..LOL
They are not that many out there and so not that much info available on them. That is why you see the 311 and 811 info. They are 102 based..

If you have to have a dual tuner, buy one already done..
