not so newbie help

okay ihave just one quick question
we have previously hacked into dishnetwork and directv....
it has been a while since we have done any of this but still have our equipment
we have a jtag, and programmer
atmega card...2 dish receivers and a directv receiver
2 blue dish cards rom 10 and 3 i believe
i have been doing some reading lately and wondering what you need to get started now on dishnetwork....what card do i need ( yellow card )
what if any progress has been made...if i start...how long will it suppossedly last...can i get ppv?i have been reading but i would appreciate a few simple answers to a few simple questions...

well rom 10 are up at the moment no ppv...but may soon be out...a yellow card rom 102 and 103 is werkin fully at the moment......you will need a glitcher and iso programmer.....but it is hard to say what will be up in the near future till this new ecm is full implemented....I am holding of for my 102's till I need to... but if you must have tv now then the above is what you need...or you can use your rom 10's w/out ppv....there is a file called rom 10 to 102.....it werks

okay now i have another qu estion....i believe last time i used my rom10 it was locked....i have never got it unlocked because i went straight into atmega cards....and kind of just dumped my roms...do i have to send it in or is there a new way to unlock them?

if you have a glitcher although if you look @ there are some d2c file that MAYBE unlock it although I doubt it......you mentioned atmegas the are werkin also w/out ppv

there is speculation that there is a private fix. but no one can confirm it
