Romcode w/101

I just bought the private 3m thru mili for Romcode, i tried it on rom101 and it does not work, but work fine on rom102 with my own bin, anyone here using rom101 w/ Romcode.

I have a question for rom102 with romcode. Do I have to flash the receiver too, I have model 2800 receiver. Please help
