301.10 Led is on but no video

After i flashed my 301.10 with the latest version (248), the receiver did give a straight green light with 1 blink every 5 sec and have no video (black screen)
What i should do? i tried many software version but no success

Any ideas? Thank you in advance

If you are saying the green light IS NOW blinking steadily, that might suggest you have an eeprom problem.
you could try reflashing and make sure you put a new eeprom on there as you do it

You mean to reflash c22 and c23 then eeprom?

yeah save a new virgin eeprom in flash edit from the tsops that you got that you think are good and write that too along with the tsops
that's what worked for me when I had same problem when I was preparing ird for Atmega
