You guys have threads all over the forums with the same problems. You don't have all your channels and are wondering where the fix is. THERE IS NO FIX FOR YOUR EQUIPMENT AT THIS TIME. MAYBE THERE NEVER WILL BE, THE REASON FOR THIS IS ALSO POSTED ALL OVER THE FORUMS, GO READ A LITTLE SINCE YOUR TV'S AREN'T WORKING. At this time if you want tv, you will need a rom 102 card and a means of programming and unlocking it, such as a modified loader or/and a ISO programmer.

corect me if I am wrong but has dish not stopped hashing the Rom 10 card and the Avr-x so you can use them for now but only time will tell. Bigger ECM on the way? Down with dave and Charlie, lets send assasins after them

ROM10's dont and CANNOT work anymore. Its like trying to screw in a slotted screw with a large phillps screwdriver. Dish doesnt use slotted screws....

I'll put it another way. ROM10 monkeys can swing in a tree on command. Now Dish is telling the monkeys to fetch Moon Rocks and the ROM10 monkeys cant do that, but the ROM102 monkeys can.

fyi, the rom10 to 102 emu works very well, thank you.

Thats because the 102 EMU knows how to emulate fetching Moon Rocks. What I was getting at is the ROM10 inherently has MAPROM calls that will not work in the present invironment. If Dish decides to use a new MAPROM call, the ROM10 itself cant do it and neither will the current 102 EMU. As soon as a MAPROM call is figured out, any EMU can be updated to emulate it. The problem is, there may be a MAPROM call that can't be figured out, thus rendering a ROM10 useless, whereas a ROM102 will work because it can do the MAPROM call. Thats all I was trying to tell him. Sorry for the confusion
