Could Somone tell me the location of the ird and box keys in hex Workshop for a 2800 and a 3900 ? also were there supposed to go ?

I have tried looking at 1ff40 and 3ff40 i red somewhere the those are the line for a 501 and 301 ird and box keys, but those lines are not there for my 2800.
also the post i read they stated "1fff40 or 3fff40" those lines are not there iether...
