What you have is a "dual" switch lock,the 7 ports on the right are for the TSop,of which 6 are used 1 2 4 5 6 7.
This is the old style lock.

3)NON FUNCTIONAL

Well as bev hasn't detected locks yet...he has no problem with that provider but if he's installing it for dish,then yes do as HOD says..go get a dlock4 for dish.
