I hope it has 4619 chips some do, some don't if it has 4619 turn pot to 200 ohms with the ohm meter set at 2000 ohms, if you have 4053 chips, set pot to 20 ohms on 2000 ohm setting. I am assuming you are saying 2.20 ohms it is really 2.2k or 2200 ohms. so you are way too high.

had a rom103 rev 380 from a 322 ex-sub as well.

I had to wire chip directly to my loader to get it to unlock. I was using a self modded T-911 w/ 4619 chips.

Here are my settings:
70 ohms at 200 ohm setting

I would highly sugest using the public dumper script FIRST. You have to change the start adress to 3000, then 8000, then B000. Pay no attention to the error after the script dumps that portion of the .bin.

After you have a 18k rom103 image, then use the "final fm 103" script to install the intercept.

Fine tune your loader when your running the public dumper script. It is possible, but very hard to loop cam w/ this script. Then once it dumps the 3 different portions of the image, DO NOT tuch the settings then run the intercept script.

Running the dumper script first assures you that you will get a backup of the cam. Then if you by chance loop it installing the intercept, you still have the bk's and ird info to put on another cam to use in the 322. Have to use this method b/c we are unable to jtag cardless ird's and extract vital info.

good luck
