Are these cards useable? I mean I just got one and was wondering if I can program this card to work on a 3900? To get PPV and all other channels?

No not as yet ,put it up somewhere safe for now.

will it be useable in the near future though? or do you know if they have the same technology as say the ROM 102? or are they a new P4 as direct Tv went to?

just a question I have read but maybe not read the right thing but what are these cards? I mean are they 102, 103 or just a new card that no one is Decoding right now? I did read in one of the post though that depends on numbers on back is weather you can use Nagra Edit and make these cards work, Is this true sooooo many questions so little awnsers??????

youve been a member for almost a year and STILL dont know how to identify what card you have?.,.,..you should read more and watch tv less

which translates into,no we cannot program these cards as of yet,put them away for safe keeping in case we are able to program them in the future

Right now they are way out there.. You can't glitch/program them yet - needless to say some day you will be able to and probably have to. I do not believe they are made to be glitchproof like daves cards were.

Unless you spent a fortune on it, or can get a fortune for it keep it safe - someday down the road you will be able to use it..

matisse, I was just asking what are these cards modeled after? The Rom 101, 102, or something else? and I've only been a member since Oct. By no means am I an expert on these cards. just trying to get some info on them. and if you search for ROMs04 on this sight there is a mod that says they can be programmed depends on some numbers on back with the Nagra2 edit????
