RebelSerf rev108 zip unlocker is corrupt

Has anyone downloaded the Rebelserf rev108 unlocker and got it to unzip? I've tried on my 2 home computers and my work computer and it's corrupt. Can someone post or attach a good copy. Thanks

rename it to .rar

It is a html file stating it can't find the file? I keep trying to post the html but the stupid thing can't handle it. Can someone post a valid link or the flie Thanks.
