Unlock Romecode?

Hello is there a certain way that you have to unlock the Romecode? I want to reprogram my card for the correct time zone a locals but I do not see an info on reprogramming it like if you have to ulocked or anything. Or do i just put it in the programmer an reprogram? I don't want to loop it or anything. Thanks:D :D

first, You need to clean card on romcode premium loader, then go to settings and set your time zone, set if you want to use private bin and save.

next select tier patch 3M Dish/Bev and program your card.
