Subbed 102 @ REV 241

I have this card, It is currently subbed but has been out of the stream for about 8 months. I have unlocked it and saved the image in case I need it in the future. What would be my next course of action to get all the channels going on this sub. I am new to ROM 102, but by no means a newbie n this game. Any suggestions or pointers to reading would be appreciated. Thank you!
