Looking for modded loader to open Rom 102 at rev 103 Which is the best to prefer from your expertises

That is a loaded question. No pun intended. I don't think many people have tried every loader out there. Best I can tell you is to get one with the updated chips like the nexus that mili sells.

If you can find yourself a PowerSync, get one. But, it comes with 4053 chips which are fine for unlocking Rev 103 and 105...however, you would need to get (2) 4619 chips to unlock Rev 106, 107 and 108.

I haven't tried the other loaders, but my friends have. So far, I haven't looped any cards at all, but they have.

well you need a iso programmer in the least to program the card
