Need Help how to program a ROM2 card

I unlocked a ROM 2 REv 3 and followed some instructions on anther site ,which to me where not good at all ,and i ended up locking it.
Anyhow after days and days i was able to get get ATR.
so i need step by step and how to program it for DISH.
oh by the way my TSOP on my IRD is Running EMU , so iam not sure if i need to redo it.
I think they have the same BX keys and IRD info.
so please step by step if you guys can guide me, or were to get the info., and yes i have a programer .

if u look at top /left there is a good 102 programming guide, and an unlocking guide/how to. even if this isnt helpful, it keeps your post question fresh and current under todays post. good luck

Ok Ic . but indeeed It is no help at all. I dont need to buy one or unlock one. I need the know how , what file to use and where to change files and to answer my questions about TSOP. just what i stated in my original thread. so iam still here .peace
