Need 501 married working .bn102

HI Guys:

I am still trying to marry my 102 to 501 but no metter what I tryed I still get the 005 neg even though the key are ok. So I want to try somthing else, so can someone upload a working .bn102 file for 501 that is married, so I can try to apply it after changing ird # and box key and see if it will take it.

Please guys I thing I am on to something here, I tryed two different cards with different bin files from download section and they all give me 005 neg. I thught its the idea key but I thing its somethning else because my avr-x works on some channels but it works also the I put older keys on rom 102 and they rolled but the neg is still there so it must be something else.

BTW: Can someone tell me the difference between changing the ird # and boxkey in TSOP and CAM cause I dont see the difference.

Mirek, Over at the Rom10X site, do a search for "501 dead" thread.

Follow Milik's post, (he also lists the files). Works Great!

you have to get a valid Session Key, between the card and receiver. everythign else can be ok, but if the Session key is not right, no matter what you do, you will always 005 nag. We can give you working bin for 501, and you can change the boxkeys on it but it still ain't gonna work because of the SK. goto the programming guide in the upper section of the forums here, I did a how to on making SK.

Thanks for helping me out, But to make sure I should go ahead and read and save my TSOP and then change or write in the SK on the TSOP using Gen_DT08_SK 3.3and fleshedit using the steps. basically folow what ingolf did??

:) :) :) OK i GOT PASS THE 005 NEG!!! kinda



I used my original card dump did all added dt-tiers from dt-tires 26.7 and the v28e bloker saved the bin as different file than dump my Tsop flash1 from my 501 did the steps in the guide exept for the last part where it tells you to apply the patch as this pach is old with the old blocker (I tryed it too) saved bin fro card and TSOP wrote both to the card and Ird and This is what I get


only some of the channels work :confused: like scifi 122 works and few others ppv-porn-ppv events dont work and I still get 005 neg what so wierd is things like 167 works 168 i get neg 005 169 works.

Did anybody had this issue, I been working on this this all day and maybe I am still missing something. BTW my idr is still P308 it wont upgrade I left it in a stream for two days off. maybe I should force it but before i do that maybe there is something else i am missing.

BTW thanks Crazy1_79 for the guide but you need to update it for the new blockers.

try setting it to ask befor upgrades in reveiver menu turn box off about 20 min turn on it usualy will prompt for the upgrade...as far as the channels if u have working card add updated tiers reapply the blocker either blocker isint lkoaded corect or tiers arnt. dt tierworks v27 works fine in my 510 with 28e blocker also be carefull when u apply blocker that no reveiver tiers or info is above a700 east to check in rom explorer just load yer cleaned image and dbl-click first item in window that lists the tiers and reveiver info if its above a700 blocker will overwrite info if so ull have to learn how to move the data..

ok I got my 501 to p309 but still I am having the same problem, some channels are working and some are just black and ppv,porn and events show 005 neg after a while. BTW VOD channels sre working too though and soon too.

I beileve there is something brewing in charlie factory. I hope its nothing nasty.
