check switch says only get 119, should get 110 to, whats up w/ this?

only 119 verified when i did a ck switch, no 110. It verified both earlier. why do u think? how do i update firmware by check switch? hit ck switch then what else? turn off after, set to update w/o permission etc.? video is a little choppy, could one of above be cause of choppy video? dont forget the firmware how to by way of ck switch. thanks oh ird is pvr 501 and rom 102

Posibly you dish has moved out of alignment maybe, what is your signal strength and re-check your adjustments.(direction,tilt and skew)

see if 119 is in the 2nd box if it is you need to turn it 9deg. to east . 119 should be in the 1st box and 110 should be in the 2nd one:)
