Activated 10 Cards ,only one works

I have been successfull with one card ,all ppv & porn, works great, it took a week to figure out everything , i dont think i did anything diferrent to make it work , i feal it took a week to register my cam...

now when i try to activate second card , it activated but still getting card not authorized yet, the same shit i had for a week on the first card.

Im using mili's bin so im able to take the card that working and put it in the second receiver and it works fine, receiver is good,

does it take a week to activate cam id or what ?

Im not doing anything diferent for the second card, but yet i get card not authorized crap...

im running a 2800 receiver and a 3900 receiver ,bot with mili's bin and both work great with the first card i programed

is the cam registered using the romcode thing? (hint:manage cams).

It probably is the Tsop's you are using,you will have to have,a clean unmodded Tsop,for each rec. before you mod the correct ###'s into it.
Make sure,each tsop you use has the correct build conf. for the rec. you
are applying it to.You can probably use the original tsop's,if they have not been modded.I have been using Romcode,for about 4 months,with no trouble at all.But I did have a couple of recs. that had been modded.So I had to
download tsop's that were,not modded to get them to work.It cut my butt until I figured out what was up.

thanks for responding fubr, the second card is being identified,no probs , i have registered the cam with romcode and can see it online regerterd..no prbs there , when i fire up the ird ,it give me ( 129 eror " your card is not authorized yet"),
i folowed the same steps as the first card , both cams are registered, both cards are programed the same.

The ird works fine with the first card i programed not the second card.

Sounds about right ! the only thing is the first card i programed works in both receivers 2800 and a 3900, that card and its cam is working, although the second card was done the same way and it wont work in either receiver...so it cant be the receiver,something to do with the card not the receiver...

it took me a week to get the first one working , same problem , i did nothing diferent for it to work, it was like someone through a switch and voila ! it worked...
could it be the came do not register right away or did your register immedaitly?

no I'm pretty sure ,when you program it,it counts it as you program.Should be registered,from the count.I never had a problem with it,Programed the card,poped it in the rec.,waited on it to update,came right on.

when you finished programing the second card,did you notice anything
beside the word status,down at the bottom of loader screen?

Make sure if you want to use their TSOP and BOx Key in your IRD to have that PRivate BIN checkbox checked again and again before every card as the check box keeps falling off. Also I had one card I had the same prob as you, I had to write a totally clean other card's BIN to it then apply ROMCODE now it works.

Thank's mili ,When i clean my card in ngra beta7 , i all way write a vigin image to get the rev back to 103... then write the card with romcode, im very carefull with the check mark in setting for the private bin. i know it drope off, i have wrote this card numerous times now ,

like i said earlier , i had the same problem with the first card , with numerous attempts , i finally got it ... i dont know what i did right , it just worked.

When i set up the cam registration for the second card, everything went fine.
i did the programming the same way i did the first card , but still "not authorized yet..
Does it take a day or two for the cam to be registered or is it activated as soon as you register it...?

hmm from what i read yer card works in both boxes so not useing custom info on receivers useing a clone setup? if so both cards have to have the same cam, ird and box numbers to work..when u insert card did u check card numbers on the 2 cards to make they match in the box,s info screen ? it laose lists the reveiver id and card id when u remove cards other than that it should work given u gave it long enough to roll keys u can try making sure u are writing the corect keys to the card ?

Thanks for your reply , it looks like they are not maching,smart card id is diferent for both cards, how do i make them match, and if the cam needs to be the same how do you enter the cam id in Romcode, and why would we need to register cam sighnatures for more then one card ?

the cam ####'s will be the same after programming,not when you register cams.each cam has to be registered with its own ##'s.what you are doing,when programming is,cloning a working bin to your card.therefor,after
you program,all of your cards should have the same ###,s

I am using romecode to program ,all ### come frim it , using the private bin file provided, so when i program them they should be the same but there not ...how do i match these ###.

if they are not the same after programming,then programming did not take,
you need to clean card,start over.when you are through with programming it
it should have the same ###'s,on all,of the cams,that you program.again
what you are doing when programming is making a clone of a working bin.
after programming,the ##'s on all of your cards should be the same,do you
understand?

yes i do ,what i dont understand is why it didn't take the programing properly, i have been redoing this card since yesterday morning, i have ran the romcode program over a dozen times. and still the same , i will keep trying and thanks for your info , i know now what is the problem only need solution ! Rome code is not supplying me with the right cam info and default unloking code as the first card i programed ,

when i want to unlock i have to go into setting and enter proper unlocking code i found in this forum ,click save and then go back to clean card.the fisrt card unlocked itself withought having to do this... the cam id is diferent too...

sounds like the software on your computer is messing up. I would re-download and re-update, after re-moving :) the old software completly. I did not read if you have already done this, but if so, then go ask the romcode guys what's up. It sure sounds like a software problem.

u can either clone the card to same ids as first card or put the matching tsop back in the second box for that card or generate a new dto8 for the box that will match the card.. if u have the origional images for the cards u can simply use n2edit to write first origional image over second card to clone it then apply the romcode patch for the first card to it... im assuming the romcode software has a clone option to program one card as anouther also ? i havent used romcode hear its good program but till i get a demo version to test i dont buy anything without a test :)
