I got everything programmed but Im getting the 013 nag (subscription channel not authorized). I think I did everything right. I used the box keys and IRD # from my card. I have a ROM 102 REV 107, 301-013 single TSOP, and Rom 102-V28E Blocker. Any suggestions.

Did you write tiers to it?

yes, i cut and pasted the tiers from the how to page.....
