Writing a virgin bin back to a 102 card

Are there any how to's out there on how to write a virgin bin back to an unlocked Rom 102 card?

Did you save a virgin image of your 102 when you first got it? If so it's easy - just load it up and write it with Nedit2.

Wait, that's it? See, I have to rewrite a bin back to a card because the existing bin may be no good (it programmed ok with Romcode, but I get a card not authorized for receiver error, so I need to rewrite a good bin back to the card and start from square one).

I got same problem. 102 rev 105 - ex sub 510 applied tiers and then applied v28 penga 1st part. made 2 adjsutments to penga - 1 added a " ; " to rem out line containing cam ID and then changed password.
Both were successful - saved the bin and wrote it.

I got the same error - "SmartCard not authorized for this receiver" - anybody has any insight??
