Got a weire situation here...

I have a USB-Serial Cable that I always use for my ISO.

Now, When I insert the usb-serial cable into my new nexus unlocker, n2edit nor xpatmel recognizes (or connects) with the unlocker...

For N2edit, it says "ATR_ ERROR" - but, when I quickly remove the unlocker and plug in my ISO programmer, and run n2edit with the same card, I get Valid ATR Info, etc.

For XPATMEL, it says "Loading Hex file....then "Unknown Comm" ....

So, Why do you think I might be having this problem ?

Perhaps the Nexus unlocker is broken (Just got today from mili) ???

P.S. - I can't use a straight Serial cable since my comp. does not have a serial in the back...

HELP HELP HELP HELP

N2edit only works with a iso loader that is the prob !
unlocker works with nagramaster I believe is the name.
I personally only use my unlocker to do just that UNlock cards.
iso for everything after that.
:)
Also Xp atmel is for flashing your unlocker only, you cannot flash the iso programmer.

do you have unlocker powered up and in glitch mode when trying to flash ?
Also try to use the timing settings as in the read me once you get it to recognize it.
may be something unique to your setup also with the connections, you might have to find a puter that has the port or go through some headaches figuring it out.

it has to be a usb problem that xpatmel doesn't support.
