I just got an 811 receiver from milli. it came with a blocker loaded and a hex password to unlock the card. I've flashed the clear plastic nexus loader with new13 and set the timing to 60 5 1. The loader flashed correctly. I'm using a windows 98 se computer. I open n2edit version 2 and try to read the ATR. It comes back with ATR error. I try
to unlock the card and the program times out. Any ideas--- anyone.:(
