Help needed with "unknown provider" for 102

Problem with my rom 102,when i try to unlock it I get "error"(no matter how many times I try the "in/out" technique with the card" When I try to read the card I get: ATR: 3F FF 95 00 FF 91 81 71 FF 47 00 44 4E 41 53 50 31 30 32 20 00 00 00 00 00 00 17

I don't have a unlocker yet,but before I buy one I want to see if this newbie can try to mod an old hu loader I have.Hey,I will only learn if I try,would appreciate any info(help) that I can get.If unable to mod my hu loader opinions on a great unlocker would also be appreciated.Thanks A1

there is a provder unknown unlooping script. look for it in the downloads. Your card is softlooped.
