Romcode: An unhandled exception has occurred in your application

I bought a ISO from Mili a few months ago and I hooked it up to my computer and it worked fine when I programmed a card with Romcode so I gave it to my uncle so he don’t have to drive all the way to my house to get his card fixed but when he tries to us it this is what he gets An unhandled exception has occurred in your application can someone please tell me what we need to do to get it to work for him it takes about an hour and a half for him to get here and it would be nice not to have to do that drive all the time
