Ok... got my nexus unlocker flashed with NewD13 (can't find NewD14 anywhere!).

NagraMaster comes up and tells me I've got a Rom 102 rev 108 but it can't glitch in.

In WinExp running any script all I get is an A2 time-out.

Am I doing something stupid with WinExp?

Next question... I downloaded the new Rebelserf Hex flash but when I tried to load it with XPAtmel I was told I needed 3 different files. Do I make these files from the one file I downloaded or was something missing?

check your com port first for winexplorer. if i recall it defaults to com 1. if you have the correct com port then i woudl check my pot voltage. it is very sensitive. take an ohm meter and check your pot setting. set it to 2 - 2.2
Then try and execute the script. you may wish to take a crack at a rev 103 or 105 first. maybe even a different rom all together like an 11 or 10, just incase u loop it.

I do have the right com port.

I have no idea how to adjust the trim pot at all. Think I'll just leave it alone for now.

So anyone know how to load the new Rebelserf Hex file into my white Nexus glitcher? XPatmel tells me I'm missing two of the 3 needed files... any clue on that one?
