No he is talking about the 4053 chips on the old loaders they need changed to
4619 chips.. they are two on the old loader and both need to be changed.. if you try to unlock a rev. 107 with the 4053 chips still on the loaders you will loop your card..the 4053 chips are just not fast enough to glitch the card successfully..
but who knows you might hit the jack pot..about the same odds as hitting the power ball..:D

he means replacing the 4053 timing cycle chips with 4619's
they are faster and more precise. nothing to do with the atmel 2313's.
you still have to have that to accept the flash to run the loader.
do a search, you would find all this info my friend.

Getting back to my question. When I change out my chips do I need to reinstall the moded wiring on the u7 ?

Yes you will. they are only replacing the original with more speed, they do not do anything else. so whatever you had before will have to be the same as far as wiring mods go.

Open you loader t911 and you will see two little chips with the name of U6 and U7 each one have 16 pins, you need to replace those old one for the max4619cse.
