viewsat extreme and card

guys i have a viewsat extreme and have been doing the latest bin downloads when needed.......... I see a card slot on the front... is there any advantage to getting a card and programming it.. or is this for the future??? i used to do the rom card testing on an older stb....

I would like to know that to for theres no info about how to use this card slot an what card.

my fortecstar 5900 has a card slot that used ROM 10 or magic but other ird's may use other providers mostly in Europe.

Also i see theres a bin posted for Viewsat Xtreme and the only thing i Know are .PGM and the .bin is rong size . How would you use a .BIN is this Posted junk ??
