Nag-edit 1-2-9 Dont Read My Cards

i have 102r103 & 101r107 i am trying to read the cards useing nag-edit-2 ver 1-2 & 9
and none of the cards will give me a read out
do i need something more to make nag-edit 2 to work
i am on win xp- pro

What do you mean read?
Are your cards unlocked?
When you click on Reset Card (ATR) do you get any info like Rom 102 Rev xxx?

You will need a unlocker like blue/white Nexus and unlock them before you can read em.....

101rev107 & 102rev103
also get : Temporary Backdoor Patch is not installed.

do i need to have a file name ; .net framework for it to work

All yellow cards are locked, until glitched open, if yours have never been glitched you'll have to get that done before ANYTHING will read them.
