Rom103 how to

hello, i have a couple of bev rom 103's that haven't been in the stream for a while, is there a way to program them for dish or bev, can someone point me in the right direction please...have an iso and mik unlocker just not sure as o what programs i should be using to unlock then program...please any help would be great !!
