Who to talk to about true FTA

I remember reading a thread stating you should talk to this person regarding true FTA stations. I cant remember who it is , can someone help me out a bit. Before I upgrade to a bigger dish (maybe) what satellites besides b@ll and di@h can I picl up with my normal (dis@ network size dish and lnb) setup. Im near Detroit Michigan but on the other side of the border

You dont half to go with the C band Dish there is also Ku Band witch is a 33" Dish a litle biger than your 18" dish or DTV Dish. Your Bell or Dishnet Dish will not work 30" Dish or biger with Ku linier LNB or C Band horn for C Band. New sticky's up and ready.
