Need Help with BEV Rom 102 rev 242!!

I bought an ex-sub BEV 6000 with Rom 102 rev 242. Bought the white Nexus unlocker from Mili. Finally started the last couple of days so that I can have HD World Cup final tomorrow.

Anyway, I have been reading a bunch and I'm not sure where I've gone wrong. I can flash the white Nexus and I started with NEWD13 but keep getting NO ATR! I have read about Rebelsurf for some tough revs and flashed the NEWDRS to the white Nexus. I still get NO ATR! I have tried adjusting the pot into the 200 Ohms range and everywhere else with same lack of results.

Are there files I need or steps I'm missing? This is 1st time Rom 102 programming for me.

what are you resetting the card in? what program? have you unlocked it? if you put card in the receiver does say "smart card is not insterted correctly? the unlocker can only reset the card using nagramaster 2.0 loader edtion or N2edit 2.3 No other program will reset that card with a loader. Do you have the card in the loader correctly? Are or you getting NO ATR, when you try to unlock the card? and start the script. if the card is looped, you are out of luck.

Crazy, I used Nagramaster 2.0 (loader version) and I tried using Nagra Edit 2.3 both with the white Nexus flashed with NEWD13 and NEWDRS with no difference in results.

I exposed the receiver and card to the stream to see whether the previous sub was still active and they were all red except for the normal free preview channels. I guess I haven't actually tried to unlock the card since I figured I would make sure all was well by resetting the ATR first. When i reset the ATR is when it says NO ATR in N2Edit and something similar in Nagramaster. It doesn't seem like a looped card to me which is why i am trying to figure out if it is a setting on the unlocker. By the way, I had 1,6 on to flash and it flashed successfully. I had 2,5 on for Nagramaster and N2Edit.

I don't seem to be getting any help here. What info do I need to get some help?

I bought a new power supply and I am getting sporadic communication with the card. The pot on this white nexus is almost impossible to set at 200 Ohms...I think I should have been a micro-surgeon!

In N2Edit, when I go to unlock, it asks for an 8byte password in hex format. What am I supposed to enter here?

I tried Winexplorer and the RS Omniunlocker but I think my settings are off because I only get a 2A timeout error and nothing really happens. Where can I find the required settings?

I've been reading for 3 days since my last cry for help and haven't found the answers or didn't know what I was looking at so any guidance would be great!

I am not sure but if you exposed the card to the live stream without a blocker your card updated to rev 245 and is now locked for a while. Somone correct me if I am wrong as I am soooo new to this.

bamfordb is correct that is why noone is joining in. SOMEONE did not read and now is pissed off no one will tell him what to do. put it in a storeroom 4 now. ok

thanks for the thoughts. The card was not exposed to the stream and is still at rev242. Until I have time to spend on this again, I went for Mili's reduced rate Dish sub on a new HD PVR that I bought and I have got to say that it is AWESOME. I paid at 11pm Wednesday and had TV Thursday afternoon (could have been earlier but I checked when I got home from work).
