Mili White unlocker, should it have a power light on?

Just got new unlocker from Mili, using adjust 9v 300 ma power supply with good cord to com1, is the board suppose to "light up" when pluged in? of course I cannot flash, " could not find active atmel etc. " yes my dip 1 and 6 on , changed settings to 60 5 and 1 , I know my power supply and cord is good, could this unit be defective, I see no lights on, any ideas? tryed to flash new13

Yes you should have a green light, check your power supply, center pin is + positive.

no green light, power supply is good. where is center pin , is it next to dip

My white unlocker has red light.
Center pins means that the the hole in the plug comming from the power supply is positive and the outside is negative.

Check your power supply for something like this.
