difference between softlooped ans looped card

how do i tell if card is softlooped or looped. card rom 102 rev103. no atr. from what i have read there is NO unlooping software.

looped you usually wont get an atr, there is some softlooped softwere ( unknowen password).

would you get a atr with a softlooped card? still not sure what the difference is.

yes you'll have an atr w/softlooped, no atr w/loope
