NagraMaster Cannot write this bin

I am using a nexus orange loader, and the R00 1864 2028 Rev 109 with block28Vg, and when i try to write it to card i get message: cannot write theis as it contains code int the WritePatch Area , Please Check location 9A40 for eeprom data. Please write another image to your card instead, ........I just dont know what im doing wrong, any help is appreciated thanks

Opps just read another thread and im going to try to change all the 83's to 0"s sorry guys, ill let you know what happens
