help failed to read card

hi i need to know what this means when i try to read my card---atr +++++++ goodnumbers --cam type rom 102 rev 105 ---settings ifs ---provider dishnetwork ---reading card image ... failed to read card {retries 20 } i'm using n2edit beta 9 is my card locked looped or what do i need to do any advice would be appreciated thanks

not that i know of got card from someone dont know if it's ever been used or not

well its probally locked....u will need an unlocker or you can find someone to unlock it for u
