Help, I'm New

I have a Coolsat, but don't know anything about programming it. I don't have a clue how to get started. Can someone help me and if you use technical terms please explain what they mean because I am new at this. Do I need to become a VIP member on this site to get access to programming, and how do I actually program the receiver? I could use any help anyone is willing to give.

Ok, After I become VIP Member can someone tell me how to program my receiver? Is it an easy process?

Becoming a VIP member only gives you access to the files unrestricted. Basicly what was being implied,I believe, when you were tolf to read is that there is no fix for FTA units right now.
