Your 005 is a card programing issue. After writting the program to your card did you write a virgin eeprom to it. read the how to carefully.

Check the keys thats all if auto roll bin not rolling.

after you unlocok your card read it clean code space then load vergin image to it write that first to your card then load rev 109 bin write to card then read card make sure it's lock.then turn to channel 500 let it sit for 20 min or so.then turn to adifferent channel to see if you got the new key's.or you got blocker problem's.try diff program
