UpDate on Fix

I got this from another forum and decided to share it with everyone here who is waiting just like I am!!

This is C&P from another site....

"Hey folks.... some of you might have already heard some rumors about
some underground fixes being out right now... Well.. news form my buddy
say this is indeed true.... However, thanks to TDG and Viewsat
they won't be releasing it to the public yet. Word is that on the
last round of hits the FTA community was assisted largely by
the underground card coders to get back up. But there were conditions
placed on the assisstance. All receivers were to get the fix at the
same time on a set date that the coders chose. TDG and Viewsat
jumped the gun trying to look like heros and released their fix
a week early and pissed off the coders, while Coolsat, Pansat,
etc... waited as they were supposed to. The coder have once again
assisted in fixing this round of hits but will not release the
files until they see fit in order to punish Viewsat, as they know
their receiver prices are dropping like lead bricks...
The coders however realise they are punishing more than just
Viewsat and TDG so they have agreed to release the files by the
end of this coming weekend."

Seen this on another site talking about when we might see a fix!!!

We are working around the clock to get everyone up and running soon,
We hope to finish by end of next week, FTA will Live on for a longtime,
we are every close... We have find Great info, that we will live on
for a long time. This one is not easy, but we will have problem
solution soon. Please be patient. We are making file do update
just like there. this one is not going to be temp,,,,
fix but full fix,,,
We are being help on this one from some europe guys on this one

07/06/06--> [From TDG] Hate to burst the bubble here, but it won't
be here by the weekend. We're going for the whole sysrom, and that
won't happen till midle of next week, but thats the golden goose
and we will have the solution for N2 (until next card swap).
This may not be the answer you want to hear, but this is from the TOP.
With 70,000 units waiting to be paid for, there's alot at stake people.
Relax, enjoy what we have and be patient.

that post is sooooooooooooo stale, I guess Im on the boards too much as people that post these C&P from other sites must only come on 1 time a week or something, not bashing but I for one am tired of seeing these new posts then just to be let down:(

1. tigert422 is not one of the C&P people and yes he probably has not seen this here yet.
He is actually one that reads more than he post if I remember correctly.

2. It is a shame that "the underground" coders/FTA people will have to watch their long hard work disappear faster than you can say "long live FTA.

All this waiting and it will only take a push of a button and it will go down again.

I am only going by what my underground coders have said about why it wont last.

on the other hand mind you, Charlie is known for letting shit slide awhile, maybe he will be nice at least a few weeks.

I missed my calling. I should have been selling fta boxes. Just tell people that they will never go down. When they do, tell them a fix will be out shortly. To delay further, tell them that a Canadian and Korean has solved the problem.

What will be the reason if the promised fix doesn't surface this week?

We think that there will be a fix by the end of this week.If there isn't oh well(Rom 102). I heard the New fix will have some kind of autoroll mapfunction capabilities.(probably bullshit)

Don't buy an fta unless you want to pickup the various "open" channels on all the different satellites. Crow has done a great job in the FTA forum of explaining where to find the different channels. In other words, use the fta for what it was originally intented for.

If you want the premium channels - buy rom102 or sub.

supposedly there's a fix for Neosat. I read this on another site, so don't shoot the messenger....
